Affiliate Commerce Platform (Cash Back Platform)

MyNuri (before was NuriCashback) offers a lot of benefits to buyers: saving when buying, earning with sharing with its business principle: the fastest cash back to buyers, the highest commission back to promoters and the longest pilot service to sellers
I become a part of product development team for end-to-end design and development process of NuriCashback (now MyNuri) application. The cash back application is designed to offer users a way to earn rewards on everyday purchases by receiving cash back for transactions made at E-Commerce.
Not only as a product designer but also as a part of Operation Specialist in developing MyNuri, I collaborated closely with product manager, business, and other stakeholders in the decision of providing smooth and engaging user journey.
Providing seamless, engaging, and intuitive User Journey Experience which gain User’s interest and engagement to saving money and earn profit with MyNuri’s cash back program. Several arrangement and planning with business and management team, we decided to create MyNuri application and provide several features to be displayed on the platform

The journey starts from the homepage which provide all the information about MyNuri’s on going promotion and its features. User can choose whether the features they need for purchasing products at E-Commerce and or if they want to invite downlines.

Target audiences of MyNuri are divided into 2 specifications, following woman or man milenials and gen-Z. We have decided them as we see Indonesian people behaviour around us objectively and take a good observe about who will love this app and make it a part of their shopping needs. We found out woman and milenials/gen-Z are the one who spend more time on their phone, the one who loves online shopping, and they would love to get a cash back.
